James, your running is next level for sure. As an undeveloped teenager , I got lost one practice and ran maybe 10-15. ( felt like 20!) 100 miles would require a search party! Solid tips, though, for any exertion like that. Have pushed into that cramp zone with bicycling. Feedback from your body is pretty effective! Enjoyed the read and will pass on those tips!!

As Indiana Jones once remarked, " It's not the years, it's the mileage!" 🏃‍♀️

100 miles? Even at the height of my youthful fitness, I never would have considered trying such a thing. How long does this take? It must be 20-24 hours? Kudos, my friend.
